Jim’s Pool Care is OPEN FOR BUSINESS and our mobile pool shop technicians are still on the road and servicing pools.

We also have a great new service to help pool owners who like to do a bit of work themselves, but would prefer the water test and chemical supply is done poolside.

Do you just like doing some of the pool work yourself and want peace of mind from a professional poolside water test & balance?

The health, safety and well-being of our customers and the community are our top priorities so for a small service fee, plus chemicals, one of our team can come out and offer our “contact-free” test and balance service.

What does a Poolside Test & Balance Only include?

This is a simple, basic but professional service:

1. We arrive on site and will test your pool water “Contact Free”.
You do not need to be there with us. Stay inside or if your at work we will sort everything out.

2. Based on those results, we then add only the chemicals required and suggested as part of balancing the pool.
We do not leave additional chemicals on site, we only add what is needed, which keeps your costs down. We will write a full invoice with water test results and any suggestions.

3. You do the rest.

This can be a one-off or booked regular. If you ever need a hand with anything else just reach out to your technician.

We have put additional measures in place to make sure we are practising good hygiene and health practices as well as checking regular updates from government and the pool and spa industry association.

Contact Free Pool Service

We are fortunate that our pool service work typically means we have minimal contact with customers as we are working outside. We call it contact free. Our vehicles are equipped with hand washing and hand sanitising facilities and we will be utilising these before/after each visit. If you have any additional concerns.

On Site Pool Water Test & Balance

If you look after your own pool but would normally go to a local pool shop to have your water tested, Jim’s Pool Care can come to you and provide an on site water test, supply required chemicals and add them to your pool – all contact-free and without you needing to leave your home.

PLEASE NOTE: this service does NOT include physical cleaning of pool or maintenance of pool equipment. It is a basic service to help you test and balance the water only.
