The award is truly well-deserved recognition for the service that they always have and continue to provide their customers, through continual Communication, Providing feedback on their client’s pools. To ensure that every client’s pool is sparkling and ready to go, at any time of the year.

They have achieved remarkable success as they treat every client equally and with the utmost respect. With ongoing training with all existing and new products, chemicals and systems in the market. For themselves and their employees.

Attendance at Franchisee meetings and training sessions has also been another of their pathways to success. Listening and taking onboard any suggestions to help their business grow and develop as well as passing on their knowledge to their employees, Fellow Jims Pool Care Franchisees, both in South Australia and Nationally epitomizes just how dedicated they are to the Jims Pool Care Family and the Pool Service Industry.
